Where Do You Find Good Green Chili?
I’m fortunate to live in New Mexico where it’s not a problem to get what is arguably the best Green chili that can be had.
Of course, that would be “Hatch Green Chili”. Hatch New Mexico is known as the Green Chili Capital of the world.
Every fall I buy about 40 lbs of fresh roasted Hatch chili, freeze it in baggies and I’m set for the year.
Yes, we usually eat it all by the next fall. (I told you I love this food).

Go ahead give them a try. It’s the best chili I know of. And no, I’m not getting a kickback; I just feel if you’re going to cook southwestern food, you should have the best ingredients to work with. Your taste buds will thank you and so will your dinner guest.
