Cream the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Add the flour and pecans. Then mix well.

Roll into walnut-sized balls.

Bake on a cookie sheet for about 1 hour at 275°.

Remove from the oven and roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll in powdered sugar again.

Pour a cup of coffee or glass of milk and enjoy!
